Dawn writes under two names for vastly different genres. Eliott McKay writes Young Adult novels, while Dawn Rasmussen writes Contemporary Fiction. 

Dawn lives on the go, having been struck with a profound sense of wanderlust that can never be quenched. Her personal slogan in life is to look for the magic in every day. She enjoys nature, spontaneous adventures, amazing books, friends/family, and great swimming holes.

As a fraud expert, her training and experiences have become part of her writing, but more importantly, she believes in pouring the full untethered parts of the human soul onto the page.
